These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions and services provided by our company. By using this website or engaging in any purchase, sale, or service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Long Island, Nassau County, New York. Other jurisdictions are expressly excluded.

Priority of Terms

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other agreement or document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail and take full effect.

Payments and Interest

All unpaid balances will incur interest at an annual rate of 15%. Non-payment exceeding 30 days may result in legal action, and we reserve the right to recover all attorney fees and associated collection costs, which will be added to the outstanding balance.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any contract, order, or transaction that remains incomplete for more than 12 months from the date of the original order. Deposits paid by or to us shall be refunded promptly in case of such cancellation.

Complaints and Claims

Complaints regarding defective or non-conforming products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or 60 days for international shipments). Claims made after this period will not be honored.
